How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for over 20 years at the same location.
What is your primary product or service?
Legal Services concentrating my legal practice in the areas of bankruptcy; loan modifications, personal injury and workers' compensation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in the law at a very early age. My mother and former law partner raised a family and then went on to college and eventually law school. Seeing her working on her law studies at the dining room table and discussing the different cases etc. really sparked my interest. I was also excited about the prospects of helping people in my community.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I practice law differently than most. Personal attention and attention to detail are the key to my legal practice. All phone calls are returned within 1 business day if a message is, in fact, left. All calculations and court events are personally attended by myself. Lastly, the clients of my firm are treated as a part of our extended family. Courtesy and personal service are very important to building relationships with our clients. My staff is caring and will go out of their way to accommodate any client needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One lone location is located in downtown Toms River at 200 Main Street.

Kurt E. Reinheimer, Esq. is the sole owner of the law firm and manages same.
What are your hours of operation?
The hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Generally counsel can be found in the office between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm on Monday through Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A referral is likely the best compliment I can receive. It tells me we did everything right for the referring person and they think highly of the firm and its staff.
