How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
at 18 i was employed by 2 great and true men who invested in me and taught me the RIGHT WAY. I combined their ethics and passion, added certifications from the industries guideline makers that cover an entire wall, completely. The cool part, I humbly service the serviving mans HVAC. He could have had anyone in my field. Further humbled everytime he not only rejects a price break but enhances my fee.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
see above. I work hard, real hard. Anyone who don't, is not a successful, true family run business man. Success is the reward.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

off west Lacey Rd. in Bamber Lakes east village. My shop, office, and engineering center is the 4th building on right. Fiberglass shop next right is also part of MFM.

"Gee, It must be nice" I am not undervaluing anything I am fortunate to have. The work and dedication given in order to have each blessing came with a cost most can't endure. Pain, exhaustion, frustration, lazy opportunists,and so on... to limits only 3 others I know of, able to toss all that crap in the wind, worked on, just because not I, but we deserve a good life. My name is Camille, Mike, my husband, is MFM Mech. It was far from easy for him to build his biz from nothing, build our home, build up the cash for vacations, Build is what he does and does well.
